Terms of Use

These terms are between you and NoCoach, for the NoCoach app. Contact support@gocoachless.app. They took effect on 25 September 2026. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

These terms sit alongside Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If that license and these terms conflict on a point Apple requires, Apple’s license controls for the iOS app. These terms still govern coaching, subscriptions, and your use of the service. On Android, Google Play’s terms also apply to the download and the payment.

Age

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

The coach

The coach is an AI coach. The coach is not a human, and not a doctor. Training and nutrition in the app are fitness guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, stop and see a qualified professional.

Your content

You own your photos, logs, and messages. We may process that content only to run the app, including sending it to the AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not upload illegal content, sexual content, or photos of anyone under 18.

We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

NoCoach Pro

NoCoach Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. There are two plans:

  • Weekly, App Store product com.nocoach.app.weekly. On Google Play the product is nocoach_pro:weekly.
  • Monthly, App Store product com.nocoach.app.monthly. On Google Play the product is nocoach_pro:monthly.

NoCoach Pro does not include a free trial.

On the App Store:

  • The price is the price shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • The plan renews for the same length, and at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You manage or cancel in Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Deleting the NoCoach account does not cancel the subscription.
  • You can restore a subscription with Restore purchases in the app.

On Google Play:

  • The price is the price shown on Google Play at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Google account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The plan renews for the same length, and at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Google charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You manage or cancel in the Google Play app, under Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the NoCoach account does not cancel the subscription.
  • You can restore a subscription with Restore purchases in the app.

Refunds

NoCoach does not take payment and does not issue refunds. The App Store and Google Play bill you, and they handle refunds under their own rules.

A refund from Apple or Google does not delete your NoCoach account. Deleting the account does not refund a charge. We do not receive your card number.

The app is provided as-is

The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for injury from training, or for decisions you make from the coach’s output. This does not remove a right that the law in your country does not allow us to remove.

Changes

We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date that version took effect. If you keep using NoCoach after that date, the new version applies.
